Massage therapy has been a lifetime dream fulfilled! What a reward it is to know my clients are improving their health and well-being day by day and session by session. Allowing them the opportunity to relax and appreciate the process of healing. Holistic health has so many benefits to the mind body and soul, and massage is a major contributor to that process. Emotional release is as important as the physical healing provided and that is the ultimate goal.
Graduate of Cortiva Institute in Cromwell Connecticut with 900 hours of both classroom and hands on clinical training. Skills include Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage. Certified in Reiki and Trauma. Available for Hot Stone, Cupping, Pre-natal, Couples and Aromatherapy.
In addition to being lead therapist, I am also the General Operations Co Manager and assist in all aspects of our day to day operation at all 3 of our locations.

Cong has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and developed a high skill level over the years that has made him a valuable resource in the Massage Therapy community.
He specializes in Deeper work for those with chronic pain and ongoing issues. In addition to Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage, Cong employs an assortment of other styles and techniques according to the client's needs including Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha and IASTM ( instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).

Graduated with Honors from Cortiva Institute. Also a member of ABMP with a focus on Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Work, Energy Foundations, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic, and Cupping. But also skilled with Hot Stones, Swedish, and Aroma Therapy. Massage goes beyond just the physical, and when we let ourselves experience that, the sessions impact can be far more profound. I integrate breathing for my clients into their sessions and take-home self-care suggestions as well. It's about getting better, one step at a time.
